AMENDMENT OF TERMS

​We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. We encourage you to check these terms regularly prior to using our website and participating  services provided by Bruno Backes Tennis to remain aware of any changes. We will however aim to highlight any significant changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and  Bruno Backes Tennis (ABN:  68 419 028 542) rights and obligations to each other.

INJURY, DAMAGE & LOSS 

In no event will Bruno Backes Tennis be liable for any accidental injury to persons, or damage and loss to goods, that occurred in association with Bruno Backes Tennis.

 

​DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods may be delivered by Bruno Backes Tennis to clients and usually provided at 2-10 Woorara Avenue, Narrabeen. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery options available at time of purchase.

PRIVATE LESSONS:

A one-off class is $95 for one hour

A pack of 5 classes is $450 ($90 per class)

A pack of 10 classes is $900 ($90 per lesson) – suitable for regular term students

​GROUP CLASSES:

Regular Vivify term player $265 (10 weeks term)

You will have your spot guaranteed every week in your chosen class. Please be aware of the cancellation rule cited in 'Cancellations & Makeup Classes'.

HOLIDAY CAMPS:

1 day is $55 consisting of 3 hours 9am-12pm.

PRICING:
All pricing is subject to change.

PAYMENTS:

Regular term players should pay their fees before their first class. You can pay through our website, bank transfer or in cash. Casual players can also choose any of the three payment methods mentioned above.

Private lesson clients are welcome to pay classes in advance, and are encourage to take advantage  of our special deal packages. See packages for more info.

CASUAL PLAYERS:

Package of 4 lessons is $120. 1-off lesson is $32. You have the flexibility to choose which day(s) you would like to play. You can only play when we have spots available. For example: Monday 5.30pm class is full, however regular player “A” has given us enough notice about his absence and casual player “B” has taken the spot for that class. You will be informed by our WhatsApp group chat.

​RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Bruno Backes Tennis handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer. Protection legislation.​  Should you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Bruno Backes Tennis.

CANCELLATIONS AND MAKEUP CLASSES:

Should you wish to cancel your class, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel/reschedule your participation at at any type of class. You will forfeit your credit for that class if you fail to contact us in advance of 24 hours.

Once the makeup class is scheduled, you cannot reschedule it under any circumstances and will forfeit your credit should you not attend the class. For private lessons, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice will also apply for cancellations. Failing to do so, the client will be charged in full for the session. A maximum of 3 makeup's can be arranged per term. ​

We will inform you by text message or WhatsApp, if the class is cancelled due to heavy rain or extreme weather conditions (i.e. extreme temperature above 38 degrees). In an event of light shower and courts in playing conditions, class will be carefully considered based on the coaches judgement of whether it is deemed safe to play. 

​

Be aware credits won't be carried out  from term to term only exception is for ilness as stated bellow. 

​

CREDIT HIBERNATION:

Students can freeze their credits if they suffer major injuries or illnesses. Please provide medical certification

to confirm those.

At Bruno Backes Tennis we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to maximise the services that we provide to you. Bruno Backes Tennis respects the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you and adheres to the Australian Privacy Principles.  You may change your details at any time by advising us in writing via email. All information we receive from our customers, is protected by our secure servers. Bruno Backes Tennis secure server software encrypts all customer information before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data Bruno Backes Tennis collects is secured against unauthorised use or access. Credit card information is not stored by us on our servers. DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION

Bruno Backes Tennis may be required, in certain circumstances, to disclose information in good faith and where Bruno Backes Tennis is required to do so in the following circumstances: by law or by any court; to enforce the terms of any of our customer agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers or third parties.

JURISDICTION
This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of  NSW and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and Bruno Backes Tennis that results in litigation then please raise with the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.​​
