Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Notice: Provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Maximum 2 per term and extra lesson will count as a make up class. Make up Classes: Up to 3 make up classes per term; credits do not roll over, and holidays are not counted as credit. No-Show Policy: Failure to notify us 24 hours in advance will forfeit your credit. Scheduled makeup classes cannot be rescheduled. Weather Cancellations: You'll be notified by text if a class is cancelled due to heavy rain or extreme weather. For light showers, the coach will determine safety.
